Warranty
This warranty begins on the date of delivery and remains valid for one (1) year.
Depending on the nature of the issue, Ekebello may, at its sole discretion, provide one of the
following resolutions:
- Shipment of replacement part(s)
- Coordination of a repair service
- Complete replacement of the product
Ekebello will provide replacement part(s) at no charge, with an estimated lead time of 7–12
weeks.
However, the customer is responsible for any labour and/or shipping costs associated
with the replacement part(s).
As an alternative to replacement parts, Ekebello may approve reimbursement for local repair
services, under the following conditions:
- The repair service quote must be approved by Ekebello in advance.
- Ekebello does not guarantee the quality of work performed by any third-party repair service and cannot be held liable for unsatisfactory repair outcomes.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from use outside the product’s intended purpose or from abnormal use
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidents
- Damage resulting from natural disasters or “acts of God” (e.g., flood, fire, earthquake)
- Consequential or incidental damages of any kind
This warranty becomes void if the product is sold or transferred to another party.

- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos or video of the affected product
State/Provincial Law
This warranty grants you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by province or state.
Modifications
Ekebello reserves the right to modify or update the terms of this warranty and website usage policy at any time, with or without prior notice.
